Dedee met David when she was invited to deliver the keynote speech at the Hazelden Betty Ford 40th Anniversary. The best part she says was, ”Afterwards, being invited to all their charity fundraisers and getting to drive around with David in a golf cart pretending I knew how to golf! David was so sweet and so funny and loved to laugh at me for WANTING TO GO FETCH everyone’s balls (ok… that sounded weird) out of the bushes and the lake LOL! Our next adventure will be charity bowling and more laughs I’m sure…
