With a passion for film, Sheedy has served on the board for the GenArt Film Festival - founding the Stargazer Award, as a Mentor at The Hamptons International Film Festival - co-founding the Golden Starfish Award, a judge and presenter at the Woodstock Film Festival, a panelist at the Bahamas International Film Festival and The Catalina Film & New Media Summit as a panelist. Most recently Sheedy judged the First Annual Moet Moment Film Festival.
